Do I need to have a registered Business to Use BudPay?
No. You can open a personal account on BudPay with your personal information. This is also subject to verification and approval of the submitted information.
What types of Businesses are supported on BudPay?
BudPay supports Individuals, Sole Proprietors, Limited Liability Companies that are all registered on the UK Companies house register.
Can I sign up on BudPay from another Country outside the United Kingdom?
Yes. You must however be able to demonstrate that you are a resident of the United Kingdom to open an account on BudPay.
What can I do if my credentials are compromised?
Reset your password immediately on the BudPay application using your registered email. You can also send an email to hi@budpay.com to have your account blocked immediately.
How long does it take to verify an account?
Verification for Personal accounts and Individual Businesses could take as quickly as 10 minutes if all required information are provided accurately. However, the verification process may take 24-48 hours for other complex Business types.
